I believe in the transformative power that can come from deeply relational living, with purpose and belonging in the vibrant ecosystem that surrounds us. In a colonial paradigm that demands hyper -individualism, -perfectionism, and -rationalism, we must re-member and re-connect to ourselves, our hearts, our communities, our land and wildlife, and our ancestors to move from systems of extraction to systems of abundance.

What I have learned through years in the field—from a fortune 100 company, to a rural village in West Africa; from community development, to my own deep spiritual inquiry—is that designing and nurturing systems of abundance where all entities are fulfilled without expense of another, is absolutely essential to sustaining resilient, positive outcomes.
